Deery Brothers Summer Series at Burlington and Quincy Rescheduled Due to Inclement Weather QUINCY, IL (April 11) - The Deery Brothers Summer Series events originally planned this Saturday and Sunday at 34 Raceway April 12 and Quincy, Ill., Raceway April 13 have been rescheduled. The tour for IMCA J & J Steel Late Models will now travel to West Burlington for a Tuesday, April 29 show and to Quincy on Wednesday, April 30. Mother Nature just did not cooperate this week with over three inches of rain falling midweek and a forecast for freezing temperatures at night for this weekend make it impossible to run the events as scheduled. 34 Raceway’s rescheduled event on April 29 will also feature Hobby Stocks and Hornets as originally planned. Quincy Raceways April 30 date will have the Quincy rules Modifieds on tap for a $500 to win, $115 to start event as the only support division. The IMCA Stock Cars and Hobby Stocks are not going to be scheduled for this event at Quincy. The scheduled times at both 34 Raceway and Quincy Raceways are the same with the Pit Gates opening at 4, Driver Meeting at 6:15 and Hot Laps at 6:30 and racing at 7:00pm.
