Residents of Hannibal, Mo., with proof of residence will be able to purchase all tickets at half price for the nights racing featuring the Budweiser J&J Steel IMCA Late Models, Miller Lite Modifieds, Triple R Performance Engines Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars and the Tim’s Machine Shop Hobby Stocks.
