Mother Nature Rains on Davis County Fair

BLOOMFIELD, IA. (July 13, 2006) - Mother Nature released her fury on the Mountain Dew Bloomfield Speedway after the four qualifying Heat Races had been
run during Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invader competition at the Davis County Fair. The twenty-nine car field dodged intermittent sprinkles for the majority of the
evening, until it cut loose during the first Mid-America 305 Heat Race. Full refunds were administered and no make-up date is expected.

In two weeks, the series will take to the ¼-mile bullring at Peoria Speedway in Illinois. The two previous Peoria visits saw Bobby Mincer win en route to his 2004 title and Jerrod Hull capture the win a year ago.
