HARTFORD, S.D. (March 21) -- I-90 Speedway in Hartford, S.D., will sanction USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mods for the 2011 racing season, track officials announced recently. Race night is Saturday at the high-banked 80-feet-wide 3/8-mile dirt oval. Gates open at 4 p.m., the pit meeting begins at 6, hot laps start at 6:30 and the racing program kicks off at 7 p.m. All racing events are usually complete by 10:30 p.m. I-90 Speedway offers a variety of viewing areas for fans to enjoy the races. General seating is available in the grandstand area, as well as VIP seating in the grandstand tower. Grassy terraces on both ends of the grandstands allows for comfortable law chair seating. It all provides the most entertaining viewing a fan could ask for ... there isn’t a bad seat at I-90 Speedway. I-90 Speedway is running five exciting divisions in 2011. In addition to the USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mods, Saturday night programs offer 360 Sprint Car, Late Model Street Stock, Hobby Stock and Super Charger classes. Don’t forget the Annual Car Show and Test-N-Tune to follow on Saturday, April 16. The car show begins at 9 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m. with a test-n-tune at the track to follow from 3 p.m. until dark.
