Cedar County Raceway Set To Host “Hawkeyeland 40”

Tipton, Iowa(April 13, 2025) – The roar of Super Late Models is about to be heard at the Cedar County Raceway as the stars and cars of the MARS Series is coming to Tipton on Thursday, April 17th. The Super Late Models will only be in Tipton one time in 2025 and the “Hawkeyeland 40 is a can’t miss event for the race fan. The “Hawkeyeland 40” will be presented by K Promotions and Darkside Promotions.
Jason Feger of Bloomington, Illinois is the defending MARS champion and he will be in Tipton looking to defend his title as he will be gunning for the $5,000 top prize. It certainly will not be an easy task for the Illinois hot shoe as he will be challenged by local stand outs and brothers Chris & Chad Simpson along with several more of the top Super Late Model drivers from the Midwest.
In addition to the Super Late Models, the Modifieds, Stock Cars and Sportmods will all be in action for this very special night of racing on the quick ¼ mile Cedar County Raceway.
The grandstand gates will open at 5pm with cars taking to the track at 6:30 pm for warm ups with racing to follow for this very special night of racing, Thursday, April 17th.
