IMCA Modified Special Next Up at the Lee County Speeday

Donnellson, IA (Sunday, May 5, 2013) – After there third rain-out in six scheduled events, the Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, IA looks to get back to racing this coming Friday, May 10th. The night will be highlighted with an Budweiser IMCA Modified Special, presented by Roberts Tire Center of Burlington, IA.
The Budweiser IMCA Modified feature will pay $1,000 to the winner, with $100 guaranteed just to start the event. This will also be an Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifier race, which will also award track points, national, regional and state points for IMCA. There is no track registration fee for this event, but there will be a $20 entry fee.
Also in action on the night will be the Donnellson Tire IMCA Stock Cars, Shottenkirk Parts Express IMCA SportMods, Coor’s Light IMCA Hobby Stocks and the Sunline Auto Parts IMCA Sport Compacts.
Gates will open at 5:30 pm, hot laps at 7:00 pm, and racing at 7:30 pm. Grandstand admission will be adults $10, seniors $9, students 7-11 $5, and kids 6 & under FREE! Pit passes will be $25, ages 7-13 $15, and ages 6 & under $10.
