L A Raceway Returns to Action this Weekend.
LaMonte, MO (July 16, 2013) – L A Raceway will return to action this weekend with Sprint cars. This Saturday, July 20, L A Raceway at LaMonte and Yeager’s Cycles in Sedalia will present the 360 Winged Sprints and the WAR Non-Wing Sprints. In their last appearance at L A Raceway, the 360 Winged Sprints showed up with 30 strong competitors. Admission for this Saturday’s all sprint car show will be $15 for adults, $13 for Seniors and Military, $7 for ages 11-15 and age 10 & under are free.
The Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association will return to the L A Raceway on Saturday, July 27, along with complete shows for the USRA A Modifieds, USRA B Modifieds and Street Stocks presented by Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. This will be the one and only appearance at L A Raceway for the Lucas Oil MLRA ‘Super’ Late Models after their June 1 event was cancelled for rain. Tickets for adults will be $18 with discounts for seniors, military and children.
Admission gates will open at 5:00 for both shows with racing to begin at 7:30. L A Raceway is located on Y Highway (16th Street) between Sedalia and WAFB. For more information call 660-620-1148.
