QuincyRaceways Anticipates the Hell Tour on Friday July 6
QUINCY, IL (June 13, 2012) – Quincy Raceways fans, officials, staff and owners are anticipating the 2012 appearance of the UMP SummerNationals, affectionately known as the “Hell Tour” on Friday July 6. The marquee event will be the $7500 to win 40 lap main event for the UMP Super Late Models $500 will be paid to all feature event starters. The Miller Lite UMP Modifieds will also be on the racing card for the evening with the Summit DirtCar Modified SummerNationals for a 30 lap main event. Also appearing will be the Quincy Hobby Stocks in a non point event paying $250 to win and $60 to start that night. There is also extra money and product certificates for all feature event starters from Series Sponsors for the Late Models and Modifieds. Powder Coat Plus of Quincy has kicked in an extra $500 for the Modified purse that night making the event pay $650 to Win and a minimum of $125 to start the main event. All non qualifiers for the feature event will be paid $60 for their efforts. Quincy Raceways UMP Modified Tire Rule will be effect for this event with the Hoosier A and H compound tire the only legal tire with the exception of the left front which may be the D Compound.

Adult tickets will be $25, Seniors $22, Students 11-15 $20 and Kids 10 and Under are Free as always, Pit Passes will be $35. The Pit Gates will open at 3:30, Grandstands at 5:30, Driver’s Registration ends at 6:30, Driver’s Meeting at 6:30, Hot Laps at 6:45 and Qualifying for the UMP Late Models and Modifieds will start at 7:30pm.
