Racin’ For Rian Memorial for IMCA Modifieds June 23 at I-35 in Winston

WINSTON, Mo. (June 19) – I-35 Speedway at Winston hosts its inaugural Racin’ For Rian special on Saturday, June 23, with a top prize of $1,000 for the IMCA Modifieds.

The event is held in memory of Rian Bree Wilson, infant daughter of Bud and Amanda Wilson, and donations collected during the evening will be donated to the neonatal ICU at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City.

A minimum of $75 will be paid to start the main event and the winner will be added to the ballot for the 2012 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational.

IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods are also on the program. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be awarded in the four sanctioned divisions.

Pit gates and the grandstand open at 4:30 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m.

Spectator admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors 62 and over, $6 for kids ages 7-12 and free for six and under. Pit passes are $28.
