World of Outlaws Sprint Car event at Eagle Raceway reset for Wednesday, Sept. 19

EAGLE, Neb. (April 26, 2012) – The NAPA Auto Parts Outlaw Showdown at Eagle Raceway originally scheduled for Friday night has been postponed to Wednesday, Sept. 19. Rain has soaked the area this week, and more rain on Friday is expected to be combined with cold and windy conditions.

Tickets that were purchased in advance for Friday night will be valid for the event on Sept. 19.

The NAPA Ticket Special for a $5 discount on general admission will continue at all participating NAPA Auto Parts stores. With the discount, adult tickets are only $30 and children ages 6 to 12 are only $10.

Pit/Combo Tickets are also available in advance only (includes a reserved seat and a pit pass) by ordering online at SLSPromotions.com or by calling 1-815-344-2023 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central) Monday thru Friday.

Donny Schatz picked up his third victory of the season on Wednesday at Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, Ill., to regain the championship points lead. Schatz has a five-point advantage over Sammy Swindell, with Kraig Kinser, Joey Saldana and Steve Kinser within 40 points.

The World of Outlaws will compete on Saturday at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa.
