Hoosier in seventh season as official tire of IMCA

LAKEVILLE, Ind. (June 21) – The 2012 race season is Hoosier’s seventh as the official tire for five IMCA divisions.

Hoosier Racing Tire manufactures and distributes the IMCA-stamped G60-15 tire for the Modified, Stock Car and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod divi­sions; the IMCA-SCL stamped tire for Late Mod­els; and the IMCA-stamped 500 tire for Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMods.

The Lakeville, Ind., com­pany will continue contrib­uting to national point funds for each of the five divisions and give contingency awards at the IMCA Speed­way Motors Super Nation­als.

IMCA’s initial five-year con­tract with Hoosier began in 2006 and continued through 2010.
