Mid-Summer Madness 2 set for West Liberty Raceway

MAQUOKETA, Ia. (August 3, 2019) – DRT TRAK Racing Inc. brings exciting stock car racing action back to West Liberty Raceway on Saturday, August 10th. Mid-Summer Madness 2 should provide a full night of entertainment with five classes of competition.

The event will feature IMCA-style Modifeds racing for a $2,000 top prize and SportMods competing for $1,000-to-win. Also racing at Mid-Summer Madness 2 will be Stock Cars, 4-Stocks, and the American Iron Racing Series.

Entry fees are $50 for Modifieds and $30 for SportMods. There is no entry fee for the support classes.

Tickets for Mid-Summer Madness 2 are $15 for adults, students and seniors $13, and children 12 and under are free with paid adult. Pit passes are $30.

The pit gate opens at 4pm, the grandstand at 5pm, hotlaps are at 6:30pm, with racing to follow.

The West Liberty Raceway is a half-mile dirt oval located at the Muscatine County Fairgrounds, in West Liberty, Iowa.

Other events coming to West Liberty Raceway in 2019 are: Saturday, August 24th, the Deery Brothers Summer Series and Friday, September 20th, Modified Madness.
