Midwest Thunder Sprints presented by OpenWheel101.com Update and Points!

| July 3, 2021

(Bill W) July 2, 2021, Monroe, IA – With big events at Huset’s Speedway and Jackson Motorplex in the books, the Midwest Thunder Sprints presented by OpenWheel101.com will have a bit of a quieter Fourth of July weekend, with the only action happening at Cedar Lake Speedway in Wisconsin and Knoxville Raceway in Iowa.  The World of Outlaws tackle Cedar Lake, while the Knoxville regulars will vie for a larger purse featuring $5,000 to win.

Gio Scelzi leads the current point standings, ahead of Brian Brown, Kerry Madsen, Justin Henderson and Austin McCarl.  Ayrton Gennetten, Parker Price-Miller, Rico Abreu, Matt Juhl, and Carson McCarl round out the top ten.
