WACO, Texas (May 8) — The United States Modified Touring Series heads back to the Lone Star State for a tripleheader this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 10-12.One driver could walk away with more than $10,000 during the 50-hour stretch.

On Thursday, the series returns to the Heart O’ Texas Speedway in Elm Mott (just outside of Waco) for the second straight year, and then on Friday it’s off to the first-ever event for the USMTS Modifieds at the RPM Speedway in Crandall. The weekend wraps up Saturday at the Cowtown Speedway as the series makes its third visit to the popular bullring in Kennedale.
The first stop will be a $4,000-to-win USMTS National Championship Series event at the Heart O’ Texas Speedway where defending USMTS National Champion Ryan Gustin picked up the win last year in the series’ first-ever visit to the quarter-mile high-banked dirt oval.
