IMCA Modifieds at the Quad City Speedway in 2014
EAST MOLINE, IL (Nov 19, 2013) – With the IMCA Modifieds being the largest and fastest growing division in the general Quad City area and the United States it only made sense for K&S Promotions to recommit and focus on this division in 2014. The IMCA Modifieds will once again be sanctioned at the Quad City Speedway and the weekly purse will be raised to $600 to win and $75 to start. With the Quad City Speedway being the only track in Illinois to host sanctioned IMCA Modifieds on a weekly basis, the track champion at the Quad City Speedway will also be the Illinois State Champion for the IMCA Modifieds and qualify for extra money and prizes from IMCA. The extra money and prizes is not limited to the track champion though, several other high finishers in the final track points will be eligible for extra money and prizes as well. The Quad City Speedway will also host two IMCA Modified specials in 2014, the 21st Annual Gary Reinhart Memorial and the 8th Annual Ronnie Weedon Memorial. Information regarding these races will be released in the coming weeks. K&S Promotions looks forward to an outstanding season for the IMCA Modifieds as well as the all the divisions in 2014.
