Early entries now at 58 for Harris Clash

KNOXVILLE, Iowa (July 3, 2012) – Early entries for the 21st annual Harris Clash now number 58.

Defending winner Eric Dailey is one of 31 IMCA Modified drivers from six states and Canada who has already pre-entered for the Thursday, July 19 special at Knoxville Raceway.

Jesse Sobbing will return to defend his Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod bragging rights. He’s one of 27 drivers from three states signed up so far.

Top prize for the Modifieds is $2,000, plus a $500 bonus if their chassis manufacturer is among the event sponsors. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, home region and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier.

Northern SportMods run for $750 to win, along with national and state points.
