Eckrich Kile Carter Brandies Klerkderuse Win Saturday Night at West Liberty

WEST LIBERTY, IA (May 3, 2014) – Andy Eckrich came from the tenth slot in the starting grid and won for the second time this season here at the West Liberty Raceway Saturday night winning the twenty five lap IMCA late model feature.
Kyle Hinrichs who lead the first twenty circuits finished second, Nick Marolf was third, Colby Springsteen fourth, with Brian Harris fifth.
For the second week in a row Kurt Kile bested a strong group twenty eight total winning the twenty lap IMCA modified feature his second of the season. Fast Larry Herring was second, Chris Zogg was third, Caden Carter fourth, with Bruce Hanford fifth.
Brayton Carters first trip in the IMCA Northern Sport Mod division was a successful one as he got his first ever feature win in that division. The young Oskaloosa, Iowa , driver was followed across the line by Tony Olsen in second, Cody Harris third, Aric Becker fourth Tim Zieman fifth.
After suffering motor issues a week before David Brandies came back strong to capture the fifteen lap Kile Motorsports IMCA Stock Car Feature. Shane Paris, Brandon Jay, John Hemstead, and Tad Payne rounded out the top five.
Jason Klerkderuse won the ten lap IMCA Sport Compact Feature. Bill Whalen Jr., Cory Sheetz,
Doug Watkins, and Bobby Lake rounded out the top five.
