IMCA Modified Shootout winner earns $2,500 this Friday at Outlaw

MUSKOGEE, Okla. (March 25) – Outlaw Motorsports Park opens the 2013 season with its inaugural Shootout special this Friday, March 29. 

Winner of the IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified main event goes home with a hefty $2,500 prize. The runner-up earns $1,500, with $1,200 for second and $1,000 for fourth. 

Starting the 20-car feature pays a minimum of $200 and IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Jet Racing Central Region, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be awarded.

There is a $100 entry fee and pit passes are $20. Tow money is $25. Grandstand admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 6-12, with five and under getting in free.

Front and back gates at Muskogee both open at 5 p.m. The draw closes at 7 p.m. Hot laps and racing follow the 7:15 p.m. drivers’ meeting. Twelve cars will qualify from heats with the rest of the field coming from ‘B’ action.
