Rain Shortens Kaster Celebration Night at the Races I-35

WINSTON, MO (July 25, 2015) — First onto the smooth three-eighths mile of dirt at I-35 Speedway were the always fast and entertaining E-Modifieds. Taking the lead early and never looking back Anthony Asher #20xa would again find his way to McCarthy Auto Group Winner’s Circle. Asher would lead every lap on his way to claiming the nights top spot but was challeneged consistently by John Brown and Colby Kearney. Point leader John Brown #36j would race his way to a solid second place finish with a fast rookie contender Colby Kearney #89k placing third. Austin Bouzek continues to impress all by notching a solid fourth place run as Jeremiah Asher #02xa would recover from a lap one spin to place fifth. Heat race winners included Jeremiah Asher #02xa, Kyle Henning #1, and Allie Mulich #90.
Next to take to the track for great racing action and a crashing end would see the Hobby Stock feature. Point leader Mich Ross #34 would not be denied this night of racing as he would pilot his hotrod to the front and pick up the feature win. Door banging and clanging would ensue behind the leader when the race was called with Carson Masoner #13x declared second by mere inches as Darren McCray #13 would place a close third locked together with Masoner. Greg Gilbert #23g running a barrowed car would also get into the late race theatrics finishing fourth with Tyler Clark #0x missing out in the “extra race” fun placing a solid fifth. Heat race winner was Carson Masoner #13x.
Then the storm clouds would roll in ending our night early.
I-35 Speedway would like to thank Kaster Racing #54 and Allie Mulich Racing #90 for donating two bicycles that were given away during Intermission activities.
Congratulations to Sophia Griffin age five and Cameron Miles age four on winning those bikes.
