Shimek’s Opening night for the 2014 season

FARMINGTON, IOWA (April 26, 2014) – Shimek Speedway had a dry on top but tacky underneath track conditions Saturday night. It was Shimek’s Opening night for the 2014 season. The weather was perfect for the first part of the race. After the start of the 2nd heats the rain came and track conditions inhibited the continuation of the racing night. Shimek Paid out the classes according to finishes. Results are as follows…..
Rookie Beginners- Kamdyn Haggard, Kash Elston, Daniel Speelins, Dustin Spellins, Kyden Clatt.
Rookie Advanced- Ethan Walte, Brody Caviness.
Junior 1 Lite- Denton Westercamp, Devon Duffie, Noah Garr, Dawson David.
Junior 1 Heavy- Noah Garr, Dawson David, Zachary Webb, Shelbie Armstrong.
Junior 2- Dalton Westercamp, Tanner Gebhardt, Hunter Faul, Max Johnson.
Animal- Danny Kirby, Jon Lehman.
Clone- Jamie Roberts, Bill Akers.
