Sprint Invaders set to invade LCS on Bud Night, June 21
DONNELLSON, Iowa (June 18, 2012) – With Friday’s rainout just three heat races into the night, Bud Night becomes the next event at Lee County Speedway.
The special Thursday night, June 21, event will be the only racing action on the 3/8th mile dirt oval this week.
Racing starts at 7:30 pm with hot laps at 7 pm and gates open at 5:30 pm.
On the card is the first appearance of the Brockway Mechanical and Roofing Sprint Invaders. Also racing will be the Donnellson Tire IMCA Stock Cars and Shottenkirk Parts Express IMCA Sport Mods.
The Donnellson Tire IMCA Stock Cars and Shottenkirk Parts Exrpess IMCA Sport Mods will each be racing for $300 to win and $75 to start, with $100 back to 10th place. The complete payout will be listed below.
Local Band “Rock Steady” will play following the racing action in the pit area to help Budweiser finish off what should be a great night at the races! Make sure to stop by the pits after the races to check out their great sound and visit your favorite drivers!
Pit passes will be $25, while grandstand adult tickets will be $12, seniors $10 and students 11-17 will be $8. Children 10 and under are free.
